WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
If your device shows any signs of being dropped and/or mis-used we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or a refund on grounds of Accidental Damage.
Please be aware that dropping your device can cause faults and USB ports are particularly fragile by nature and easily damaged, please ensure you handle them as carefully as possible. All electronic cigarettes and their components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
We cannot accept devices back unless they are genuinely faulty. You cannot return a device for a refund just because you changed your mind.
We try hard to advise and sell our customers suitable devices. If you are finding a device seems unsuitable for your usage, please let us know and we can try to optimise your device to better suit your needs.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states :

We will do our best to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. If you do experience a problem please come into store to discuss the options we can provide for you.
In order to return a faulty device please provides us with:
- A receipt of purchase
- The original packaging
- A reason for the return
Tanks can NOT be returned after being used for health and safety reasons unless there is a genuine fault with the tank itself.
If a genuine fault is found within 30 days we will refund or replace the product. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods (for example the cost of the tank if purchased as a kit).
We do reserve the right to check out any “intermittent” fault claims by lending our customers a “Courtesy Loan Vape” for a short period of time (usually 24hrs). This is so we can thoroughly test the device for the fault ourselves before issuing a refund or an exchange.
Beyond 30 days and up to 6 months after purchase you are entitled to either a repair or replacement if there is a genuine fault with the device, however there is no automatic right to a refund.
We will happily exchange unopened bottles for alternative nicotine strengths or alternative flavours of the same value within 30 days or purchase. E-liquids can NOT be returned if the bottle has been opened, for health and safety reasons. However, if unopened we can exchange for another item of the same value.
Vapourium is not responsible for injury, damage or loss (personal and/or financial) resulting from use of our products. Please use our products responsibly and at your own risk.
